Versions of the code downloaded before 27th January 2004 only worked properly if the site numbers were 1, 2, 3, .....
Minor changes to clique.func and makeclique.func have been made so that all code should now work with any unique set of numeric labels for the site numbers. It should not be necessary for site numbers to be consecutive or listed in order.
This also applies if the cliquesdat argument is used, as in bam.func(mymaps, cliquesdat=cliquesfilename), where cliquesfilename is either entered manually or obtained from the function makeclique.func.
If cliquesfilename is entered manually, site numbers should follow the same labelling as in the original map data. That is, the user should use the same numbering system in all data frames.
Please let me know if there are any further problems with site numbering.
