Title: Functions of Special Functions

Prerequisites: MATHs Stage 2, and STATS 380 or 782

The VGAM R package implements some special functions such as zeta()
and makes use of special functions such as digamma() and trigamma().
This project is to add some more of the above.  For example, estimating
the Dirichlet-multinomial distribution requires improvements to some
existing code.  This project would suit somebody with skills in R
programming and mathematics, especially numerical analysis.
