GenePlot example data

Create GenePlots at the link below. You only need a web browser for the GenePlot software to run.

Download example data file (CSV). Right-click and Save file to ensure the formatting remains correct.
Go to the GenePlot application.
Upload the CSV above.
- Select Reference Populations: Island and Mainland.
- Select Groups of Individuals to Assign: Query.
- Click Run GenePlot!
- The graphic appears in a few seconds.
