The four files in this directory are:

FRSEL.F90       a Fortran 90 file that contains MODULE FRSEL, the module
                that does all the hard work
EXAMPLE.F90     a Fortran 90 file that gives an example of how to use FRSEL.F90
NU.DAT          data for the example
FRSEL.WP6       a Word Perfect file with all the documentation
