R Graphics Third Edition Errata

1. In print, the confidence bands or "ribbons" in some 'ggplot2' figures are opaque (where they are supposed to be semi-transparent). This affects Figures 1.6, 5.9, 5.10, and 7.16. The online versions of these figures are correct.
