Registration Fees

Final date for registration: registrations possible up and including Feb 21st 2008

Student * is defined as a fulltime student at a recognised institution. A letter from the Head of Department/School will be required as proof of student status.

Registration includes: all sessions, morning & afternoon teas, lunches and workshop package.

Workshop Dinner: 7.00pm to 10.00pm, 21st February 2008.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations for registration must be notified in writing to the workshop organisation committee (s.walker@auckland.ac.nz). Cancellations made prior to 15th January 2008 will be refunded less 30% to cover administration costs. Cancellations received after 15th January 2008 will not receive a refund, but the registration can be transferred in writing to another person without penalty.

Payment

All prices are in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of 12.5% GST. To register, complete the online registration form and then press the submit button.

Two forms of payment are offered:

(1) By cheque

Cheques or bank draft drawn on any New Zealand Bank in NZD (New Zealand Dollars) and made payable to: The University of Auckland and sent to:
