Final date for registration: registrations possible up to and including Friday 31rd December 2010.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations for registration must be notified in writing to the workshop organisation committee (office@stat.auckland.ac.nz). Cancellations made prior to 31st August 2010 will be refunded less 30% to cover administration costs. Cancellations received after 31st August 2010 will not receive a refund, but the registration can be transferred in writing to another person without penalty.

Payment
All prices are in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of 12.5% GST (after September 1, 15.0%). To register, complete the online registration form and then press the submit button.
Two forms of payment are offered:
(1) By cheque
Cheques or bank draft drawn on any New Zealand Bank in NZD (New Zealand Dollars) and made payable to: The University of Auckland

Personal cheques drawn on banks outside New Zealand will not be accepted.
